Apology letters are usually used to acknowledge the hurt caused to someone or a group of people. They are sometimes used to ask for forgiveness in personal relationships, but can also be used in work spaces and towards the general public.

I chose this article because it relates to how i feel about writing letters. I enjoy writing papers and essays, but writing emails and letters are hard for me. This article explains that a lot of people feel the same way as me and it includes different ways to get over this difficulty. I hope to become better at writing letters and to improve my writing style by the end of this course.
